HTC Flyer

From the Mobile World Conference being held right now in Barcelona, Spain, comes a preview of the latest Android tablet: the all-new HTC Flyer. The 7-inch device boasts a 1024 x 600 LCD screen, 1.5GHz processor, HSPA+ connectivity and a 1.3MP camera on the front with another 5MP one mounted on the back. New software features also include SRS Surround Sound, “Scribe technology” that recognizes handwriting, and OnLive, the cloud-based game streaming service. The phone will be available for purchase worldwide sometime in early 2011.

Prodigy x Medicom Toy “Invaders Must Die” 400% Bearbrick

While British electronica label Prodigy’s fifth album Invaders Must Die was released over a year ago, the group will go ahead and release a 400% Bearbrick to mark their efforts. Created in conjunction with Medicom Toy, the 400% Bearbrick superimposes elements of the album’s artwork onto the front and back of the figure.

Polaroid Grey Label by Lady Gaga GL30 Camera

Recently introduced by Lady Gaga, Polaroid has just released their latest product, the GL30. The camera is fully digital, but combines the technology for which Polaroid are famous for and is equipped to instantly print the photos taken. The release ends the wait of many fans who for years have been eager to see such a product hit the mainstream market. The GL30 is fitted with a small screen to allow users to scroll through their pictures, which subsequently enables them to choose exactly which pictures to print.

A Bathing Ape Shark Coin Bank

A Bathing Ape continue on with their Shark theme. Having been the subject of toys, hoodies and T-shirts in the past, this 2011 spring/summer release will compliment previous and present drops via a coin bank. The cartoon-shaped coin bank features some detailed touches which keep true to the Shark motif. We anticipate a few more colorways to release at BAPE STORES alongside the gray version seen here.

The Jacobs by Marc Jacobs collection unveils a series of skate decks. In a non-traditional foray outside of their usual offerings, each deck features 7-ply Canadian maple and comes pre-gripped with clear grip tape. The $89 USD decks are available now at all Marc by Marc Jacobs flagship stores with a limited fun of 100 pieces per graphic.

Brammo Enertia Plus

With all the talk of eco-friendly and more sustainable forms of transportation, the Brammo Enertia Plus is a legitimate contender to fill the electronic vehicle void at a respectable price. The motorcycle features an 80 mile range with speeds of up to 60 mph. Furthermore the bike’s construction includes recycled materials, an on-board charger and Italian engineering for the suspension. Louis Vuitton City Guides 2011

Continuing to focus of the travellers market, Louis Vuitton is perhaps best known for its luxury line of monogram luggage. Adding value to their demographic, the fashion house is to release a series of city guides for 2011, as previewed here. Set to drop on October 15, there will be 7 guides which detail the following destinations respectively: Rome, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Tokyo, Paris and Berlin. To commemorate the launch of the books, Louis Vuitton has produced a series of 2 minute clips that preview the guides which will offer advice regarding food, art, design and of course, fashion.

Porsche Go's Green New 918 Spyder Hybrid

Since the onset of increased scrutiny surrounding automobiles and emissions, sportscars seem to have been destined for slow death in the automotive industry. Their high-performance dispositions were no longer ecologically friendly nor wallet friendly with climbing gas prices. However slowly but surely, sports car makers are out to re-envision what it means to be a performance car in the 21st century. While Tesla was perhaps the first out of the gates (and entirely electric), Porsche throw their hat into the ring for eco-friendly sportscars. We doubt anybody will question their intentions with their 918 Spyder Hybrid. Recently enjoying a debut on US soil in Monterey California, the 918 incorporates some ground-breaking German engineering. A mid-mounted 3.4 L V8 is linked with electric motors to emit a minuscule 70 grams of CO2/km, and gas consumption of only 3 L/100 km (or 94 mpg). But a further highlight is the performance aspect of the vehicle which boasts a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of under 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (198 mph). This is a car that is far from being a slouch on the race track either, eclipsing another one of Porsche’s engineering marvels, the Carrera GT on the testing grounds of the Nürburgring with a time of 7:30.
