Christian Louboutin Rantus Orlato Hi-Top
For the 2010 Fall/Winter season, Christian Louboutin is releasing their Rantus Orlato model in several different types of fabric and patterns. Having already incorporated studs on a different men’s high-top sneaker in the past, the French luxury brand explores a leopard-print upper as one of their design aesthetics for the Rantus Orlato. The sneaker will feature their famous red sole with the company’s signature logo, and will be available for purchase at Christian Louboutin flagship stores and select high-end retailers.

mastermind JAPAN to Shut Down in 2013
News breaks that cult Japanese label mastermind JAPAN will cease operations as of 2013. For founder Honma Masaaki, 2013 will represent the brand’s 15th anniversary and in doing so signal the end of a successful mission and era. In an article seen at Fashionsnap, Masaaki’s beginnings under the wings of Yohji Yamamoto and the subsequent difficulties over the years talk about mmJ’s overall growth and progression. The disbanding of mastermind JAPAN represents a similar move to that of (N)umber (N)ine which all saw a healthy and popular label shut down.
Missoni & Converse Chuck Taylor 2010 Fall Collection
Continuing with the success of their Spring 2010 collaboration, Converse and Missoni link up for two new Fall 2010 styles. The result includes updated versions of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star shoe with black and white space dyed knits covering the sides and toecap, finished off with soft sheep leather in “Missoni Brick Red” on the split tongue, heel pull tab and partially lined collar – all brand new updates for the Fall 2010 silhouette. Due to the unique space dyed technique used this season, each shoe is one of a kind as the knits are carefully spun to vary from piece to piece.
Part of Converse First String, the brand’s most premium tier product program, the collaboration uses the exclusive-to-First String version of the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star silhouette originally created for the military in the 1960s. This season, two patterns round out the Fall offering; one being a single bed space dyed knit displaying bold horizontal stripes, while the other silhouette is outfitted in the notorious Missoni zigzag pattern, created by a unique technique called Raschel revived by the Missoni house in the late ‘60s for high-end fashion. The shoes will launch in early September at Missoni boutiques (New York and Beverly Hills), as well as other select retailers globally. Retail is set at $200 USD.

Overcoming...
I've come to learn that if you put your mind to it you can overcome anything good or bad. Opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition, such as lifting weights, we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity. Great minds have purposes, little minds have wishes. Little minds are subdued by misfortunes, great minds rise above them. In times of great stress or adversity, it's always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive. Only way to overcomes a strong enemy is by overcoming your own anger.
I truly believe that we can overcome anything that lies before us and create the life we want to live by being true to ourselves and doing whats right at all times. You can bend it and twist it... You can misuse and abuse it... But even God cannot change the Truth. The truth is rarely pure and never simple but it will always set you free of heartaches, headaches and stress. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF, STAY STRONG AND YOU CAN OVERCOME ANYTHING.

Time....
Alot of people keep asking me what does this ring mean's to me so here it go's....
I wear this ring to remind myself that the only thing in life you can't get back is time... It reminds me that no matter what in do time things will always get better and in do time everything passes... Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't
own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back... Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before, how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way, and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance what so ever... Time discovers truth, and the truth is that Lost time is never found again... We say we waste time, but that is impossible, We waste ourselves when we are not doing the right thing... The time is always right to do what is right... So remember next time you are let down don't let that person waste your time again because your time is worth more then THEY WILL EVER BE.... YOUR TIME, JUST LIKE YOU IS PRICELESS

Porsche Go's Green New 918 Spyder Hybrid
Since the onset of increased scrutiny surrounding automobiles and emissions, sportscars seem to have been destined for slow death in the automotive industry. Their high-performance dispositions were no longer ecologically friendly nor wallet friendly with climbing gas prices. However slowly but surely, sports car makers are out to re-envision what it means to be a performance car in the 21st century. While Tesla was perhaps the first out of the gates (and entirely electric), Porsche throw their hat into the ring for eco-friendly sportscars. We doubt anybody will question their intentions with their 918 Spyder Hybrid. Recently enjoying a debut on US soil in Monterey California, the 918 incorporates some ground-breaking German engineering. A mid-mounted 3.4 L V8 is linked with electric motors to emit a minuscule 70 grams of CO2/km, and gas consumption of only 3 L/100 km (or 94 mpg). But a further highlight is the performance aspect of the vehicle which boasts a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) time of under 3.2 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (198 mph). This is a car that is far from being a slouch on the race track either, eclipsing another one of Porsche’s engineering marvels, the Carrera GT on the testing grounds of the Nürburgring with a time of 7:30.
Parmigiani Bugatti Super Sport
French sports car design meets luxury horology in this new collaborative watch.
With echoes of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4's sexy curves, the Parmigiani Bugatti Super Sport watch is the third high-performance collaboration from the opulent Swiss watchmaker and French sports car manufacturer. Working together since 2001, in 2004 the team produced the Bugatti Type 370—a revolutionary watch that rests on a diagonal axis so drivers can read the time without having to turn their wrist.
Designed for Bugatti's 100-year anniversary, the sleek Super Sport borrows the 370's well-fitted design while adding even greater aerodynamic styling by reflecting the Bugatti Veyron's streamlined wing. Like all of their watches, the Super Sport draws on Fibonacci's Golden Ratio, using the mathematical formula's spiral lines to create a perfectly-proportioned watch.
Another design feat, flipping the mechanical components of the watch onto a vertical axis allows drivers to keep focus on the dial. Though the concept seems simple, the difficulty of configuring the dial's direction against the watch's movement makes it a triumph of engineering. By developing a 90-degree time setting system and integrating a system of double pinions with bevel gearing, Parmigiani again dramatically transformed the possibilities for watch design.
While the watch has subtle Bugatti branding, the details speak more to the renowned design of the company, beginning with the shade of orange used on the watch hands, indexes and power reserve. Other signals include train wheels cut to resemble car wheels—visible through the piece's six sapphire crystals—as well as balance and escape wheel bridges formed to mirror the Bugatti oval.
All 337 individual parts of the watch are produced in-house at Parmigiani, with the exception of the Hermès strap. Produced in a limited edition of 30 pieces in 18kt white gold, the Parmigiani Bugatti Super Sport retails for $259,000 at selected authorized Parmigiani dealers around the world.

BlackTrail by PG Bikes
Over the last couple of years we have seen many new takes on the electric bicycle. The latest one is coming from PG Bikes. They present the BlackTrail. The bike was developed in cooperation with UBC, who are known for their body work in the Formula 1 industry. We first had a chance to check it out first hand during Premium Berlin.
Limited to only 667 bikes, the BlackTrail is entirely made of carbon fiber, titan, magnesium and aluminum. The bike has a max speed of 100 km/h, which is very fast for an electric bike. Also in terms of design the bike is looking impressive. We really like the mix between carbon fiber and premium leather, used on the saddle and the battery pack. There is only one small problem with the BlackTrail – the 60′000 Euro price tag will probably hold back most buyers.

Fendi iPhone 4 Case
As the latest editions their new Fall 2010 Collection, Italian luxury brand Fendi presents this new iPhone case. Breaking away from the expected leather offering, Fendi does not present a leather case, but instead offers a stamped rubber case. Cody Hudson & Converse (RED) Chuck Tayor All Star High
Another Converse collaboration is in the pipeline as Cody Hudson puts his creative touches on the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star High. The American artist joins Parra as a recent collaborator, with his design featuring a red leather upper with embossing on the side and tongue. Also seen is a blue toecap which creates a strong contrast in the aesthetic. A release is not yet available but should come in the next few weeks.

UNDERCOVER GILApple Light
During UNDERCOVER’s 2009 spring/summer collection, UNDERCOVER created a story to coincide with its collection. The story involved GRACE (the white furry creature often seen) and GILLA and GRACE’s relationship with human society. Between the two appeared the GILApple which was previously the focus of t-shirts and necklaces. A true appropriation of the design has been created with this apple-shaped LED light. It is available in three colors and will release through select UNDERCOVER channels later this month. Via: HypeBeast

Hublot Big Bang King Power
Hublot Big Bang King Power Watch… I Might Wear Black For A Year Straight!!!!
Hublot is introducing once again the latest timepiece from their Big Bang collection which they are calling as the King Power. You might think that you’ve already seen this piece but actually this is different from their previous all black version.
Just like the other Big Bang models, this new King Power is also created by using unique materials which are very distinctive of Hublot watches. This watch is made with a microblasted ceramic material that composes its bezel and case as well as the clasp of its strap. This also includes a titanium material found on the pushers and crown on the side.
This case is also matched with a black rubber strap that includes rectangular cut outs making it look tough. This watch is also made with a black dial that includes black hour markers and hands. This watch has sub dials for the Chronograph and Foudroyante found on the 3 and 9 o’clock respectively.
This Hublot Big Bang King Power will be available in 500 pieces and each piece will be numbered from 1 to 500 that will be seen on the back case. Expect this to include an expensive tag just like their other Big Bang watches.

Self-Image...
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment anybody can make. The most important opinion you have is the one you have of yourself, and the most significant things you say all day are those things you say to yourself.
Behavior is the mirror in which everyone shows their true self just like the people in your life are direct reflection of what you think of yourself. Our self image, strongly held, essentially determines what we become. How we think of ourselves thats how people will treat us. Like my pastor/bishop always says "As a man thinks in his heart so is he" in other words every person is the creation of himself, the image of his own thinking and believing. As individuals think and believe, so they are. Your actions, and your action alone, determines your worth.
Self-image sets the boundaries of individual accomplishment. Every man builds his world in his own image. He has the power to choose, but no power to escape the necessity of choice. Do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that perfectly. Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else. You were not born a winner, and you were not born a loser. You are what you make yourself be. It is better to be hated for what you are, than to be loved for something you are not.
Have a bless day,
- Juan C.

Bill Gates Convinces 40 Billionaires to Give Away Half Their Fortunes
Our favorite charity-worker Bill Gates has successfully signed up 38 billionaires to give away half of their wealth to those less fortunate, in what could be the largest-scale philanthropic work ever.
Together with Warren Buffett, their "The Giving Pledge" project nabbed Larry Ellison (founder of Oracle), George Lucas, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Barry Diller from IAC (an internet media company that owns Ask.com, Bloglines, Vimeo, Match.com and others), along with many others.
While they're not legally bound to give away at least 50 per cent of their wealth to charity, it's more of a trust-promise—particularly now that it's been reported all over the media. They're not expected to give their notes to any one charity, but if every single person on the Forbes 400 richest American list signed up to The Giving Pledge, that would mean charities would be $600 billion better off. Presumably some of those charities will be green-focused, considering Gates' obvious passion in that field.
