Blender Agency x Prohunter Rolex Military Submariner | IamJuanC

To celebrate their 10th anniversary, Oslo-based fashion showroom Blender Agency commissioned a limited edition Rolex Military Submariner design from custom watch master, Prohunter. Agency owners and Rolex collectors Magnus Thorud and Kyrre Alver collaborated to create the watch, which features a sleek update to the original 1972 design. The 40mm case is coated in black carbon with special military ceramic inserts from Switzerland. Along with the Rolex crown, the custom black bezel insert includes white logos from Blender and Prohunter, surrounded by the full 60 minute markers. Finishing the works of art are the classic G10 straps, available in black, green or custom camouflage. Each watch back is engraved with the edition number, from 1 to 10, and “BLENDER AGENCY 10th.” These treasures are available only by request to the Blender Agency.

Bill Cosby "I'm 83 and Tired" | IamJuanC

This is a statement made by Bill Cosby a while back and I just wanted to share it with all.....

I've worked hard since I was 17. Except for when I was doing my National Service, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn't call in sick in nearly 40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as though retirement was a bad idea, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; Muslims burning schools for girls; Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques and Madrasa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia , New Zealand , UK, America and Canada , while no one from these countries are allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other Arab country to teach love and tolerance..
I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses or stick a needle in their arm while they tried to fight it off?
I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of all parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

I'm really tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

I'm also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and early 20's be-deck themselves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making themselves unemployable and claiming money from the Government.

Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 83.. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter and their children. Thank God I'm on the way out and not on the way in. There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on! This is your chance to make a difference.

“I’m 83 and I'm tired. If you don't agree you are part of the problem!

‘I’m Kid Rock, What’s Your Excuse?’ Book by Jeremy Deputat | IamJuanC

Not everyone gets to see the behind-the-scene debauchery-laden lifestyle that Kid Rock‘s renowned for, but now thanks to Detroit photographer Jeremy Deputat – and furthermore Kid Rock for allowing him the access-all-areas photo pass – we get a glimpse, a detailed one if you will, of the iconic rock star living up to his “born free” motto on the road. “Shoot everything, edit nothing, I’m not scared!” was what Rock told Deputat when asked upon photo restrictions. Deputat shot over 25,000 photographs during his summer 2011 tour, displaying the many facets of tour life, from sound-check to whiskey-fueled after parties and everything in between. The 176-page 12″ by 12″ hardcover tome also sees cameo features from Sean Penn, Jon Stewart, Jimmy Fallon, Gibby Haynes et al. Having shot an array of hip-hop figures such as 50 Cent, Eminem, Jay-Z, Dr. Dre and The Game as well as Danny Brown, Mayer Hawthorne and Peanut Butter Wolf, this will be Deputat’s first published book. I’m Kid Rock, What’s Your Excuse? is now available from Jeremy Deputat’s online store.

Ferrari California 30 Giappone | IamJuanC

Recently announced by Ferrari is a special Japanese release for the California 30, dubbed the California 30 Giappone. Set to make its debut at the Suzuka Circuit for the 2013 Ferrari Legend Days event from April 19 through April 21, the limited edition vehicle pays homage to the 25-year anniversary of the Italian manufacturer’s first Formula One Japanese Grand Prix victory – which also, fittingly, took place at the Suzuka Circuit. Sporting a matte white Bianco Italia paint scheme with a contrasting black roof, the vehicle is marked by a bold red leather interior. Furthermore, additional premium details include a 599 GTO-inspired front grill, diamond-finished aluminum alloy wheels, and carbon fiber hits to the front and rear spoilers, door handles, and fuel cap. Finally, the Japanese flag and a commemorative plate are mounted on the center console. Limited to just 10 production models, the Ferrari California 30 Giappone will be available following this year’s Legend Days event.

Rumor: Apple to Unveil its Long-Awaited Gaming Controller sometime this month | IamJuanC

With Apple‘s dominant array of technology devices, it’s not unfathomable to speculate on the brand’s foray into a previously untapped, though sizable niche: gaming. While Microsoft has a long-running, successful stake in the market, TechCrunch reports that Apple has been meeting with developers at this year’s Game Developers Conference to bring an Apple game controller to the market. While its existence is yet to be officially confirmed, beefed up patent submissions for D-pad controllers, Apple’s existing mediums for gameplay (i.e. iPhone, iPad and iPod), and a tip-off from AnandTech‘s editors all signal the controller’s existence. Apple is set to host an iPad-focused conference later in April, and the device is speculated to be a main talking point. Be on the lookout for more updates in the coming weeks.
