HTC Flyer

From the Mobile World Conference being held right now in Barcelona, Spain, comes a preview of the latest Android tablet: the all-new HTC Flyer. The 7-inch device boasts a 1024 x 600 LCD screen, 1.5GHz processor, HSPA+ connectivity and a 1.3MP camera on the front with another 5MP one mounted on the back. New software features also include SRS Surround Sound, “Scribe technology” that recognizes handwriting, and OnLive, the cloud-based game streaming service. The phone will be available for purchase worldwide sometime in early 2011.

Banksy in Hollywood

Coinciding with the recent hoopla and events taking place in Los Angeles, some new work from Banksy surfaced involving some signature social commentary. Charlie Brown holding a gas can as well as a gun-toting child in a field of flowers are potentially the start of several more pieces that will hopefully surface over the next few days.

Christopher Shannon x EASTPAK 2011 Spring/Summer Collection

British fashion designer Christopher Shannon re-ups for another season with EASTPAK. The selection of bags are all emblazoned with a “CS” monogram in white/gray cotton mix. Several different versions includes backpacks and messenger bags, all of which are available now at oki-ni.

KRINK x Casio G-Shock DW-6900 Watch

Kinetics previews an upcoming effort between Casio G-Shock and renowned brand KRINK, the creation of New Yorker Craig “KR” Costello. Produced in an all-silver colorway, the watch sports the KRINK namesake on the faceplate as well as multiple placements on the band. Clean and minimal while still showcasing the KRINK signature aesthetic, the timepiece adds yet another solid creation under the KRINK umbrella. Look for the watch soon via select G-Shock retailers, including Kinetics. The Japanese retail price is set at ￥14,700 (approx. $177 USD).

Reebok Classics x Swizz Beatz

Reebok has officially announced its collaboration with Swizz Beatz, for 2011 and will be teaming up with the music producer to create a special line for Reebok Classics. While not many details are available at the moment, Reebok says that Swizz Beatz will also serve as curator for the Reestyle collective, a global group of artists who have been selected to conceive and produce creative content in the realms of dance, music, art and style. Givenchy Metallic Leather Accessories

Three new style of leather wallets from Givenchy make their way to Japanese retailer Restir. Both feature premium cow hide leather construction with metallic detailing adorning the outer edge and full interior. Options include a bi-fold wallet and smaller credit card holder in red or gold. In addition, a pouch featuring the same metallic treatment is offered in two colorways, with a third using the premium leather option. For those interested, they can be purchased via the Restir online store.
