Casio G-Shock GDF-100


A new release out of the Casio G-Shock camp will come in the form of the GDF-100. The technical looking watch incorporates several pieces of engineering seen on previous staples such as the Riseman’s twin sensor. Other measuring tools include an altimeter, barometer and thermometer. A total of three colors will have an anticipated release just a few months away in March.

adidas Y-3 2011 Spring/Summer Honja Low


A new season of adidas Y-3 sneakers have hit retailers as the brand offers a more progressive collection of high-end offerings. The signature Honja Low gets reworked into a two-material upper which offers a contrast between dull suede on the front and bright patent leather on the back. Branding is applied to both the heel and above the last stripe on the lateral side of the sneaker. Available now at SSENSE with a retail price of $260 USD.


adidas Y-3 2011 Spring/Summer Moto High


A new model to emerge out of adidas’ Y-3 Spring/Summer 2011 collection is the following version of the Moto High. Featuring a tonal black colorway, the sneakers focus on two distinct materials with leather and denim. Offering a subtle contrast in textures, the rest of the sneaker is relatively clean and untouched aside from a Y-3 logo over the ankle strap. The Moto High in denim is available now at SSENSE with a retail price of $320 USD.


Prodigy x Medicom Toy “Invaders Must Die” 400% Bearbrick


While British electronica label Prodigy’s fifth album Invaders Must Die was released over a year ago, the group will go ahead and release a 400% Bearbrick to mark their efforts. Created in conjunction with Medicom Toy, the 400% Bearbrick superimposes elements of the album’s artwork onto the front and back of the figure.

Polaroid Grey Label by Lady Gaga GL30 Camera


Recently introduced by Lady Gaga, Polaroid has just released their latest product, the GL30. The camera is fully digital, but combines the technology for which Polaroid are famous for and is equipped to instantly print the photos taken. The release ends the wait of many fans who for years have been eager to see such a product hit the mainstream market. The GL30 is fitted with a small screen to allow users to scroll through their pictures, which subsequently enables them to choose exactly which pictures to print.

New John Cardiel Vans Era 46 Pro


Vans drops a new colorway in its Era 46 Pro, a more rugged and durable take on the brand’s classic Era silhouette. The shoes feature a black and orange scheme tying back to the Bay Area and its native son John Cardiel, who came up with the color combo. Look for these now through select Vans stores, including Premier. Retail is set at a reasonable $60 USD.


Louis Vuitton Tambour Diving II Watch


This exquisite new timepiece from Louis Vuitton combines luxury and durability. The case is 18kt rose gold, whilst it measures 44mm. In addition, the timepiece has a sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 300 meters. The color contrast between the royal blue dial and the gold hands emphasize the strength of this particular model. Furthermore, the navy blue bracelet is a welcome addition to a solid and sophisticated timepiece. Nixon 2011 Spring “The Trader” Watch



Nixon introduces “The Trader,” another addition the watchmaker’s roster of watches for Spring 2011. The new chronograph timepiece comes in stainless steel with a titanium finish. Details include Swiss quartz movement, scratch-resistant glass, steel construction and a titanium case and bracelet. Three different colorways are now available through select Nixon retailers, including the one seen above.


Christian Louboutin 2011 Spring/Summer Rollerboy Spikes


Known predominately for the brand’s female shoes, nevertheless Christian Louboutin’s frequent use of spikes and studs have made a name for his male offerings, most notably with the Rollerboy. A style for this season sees the same studded pattern applied on a beige suede loafer. Available now through select channels and online via Christian Louboutin.

Daft Punk x Medicom Toy x Monster TRON: Legacy Headphones


Daft Punk, Medicom Toy and Monster join forces to create a TRON: Legacy-inspired pair of headphones. Daft Punk has been a musical cornerstone for the upcoming movie with the headphones representing just the tip of the merchandising iceberg. In terms of features they include light-up LEDs with an aesthetic inline with the costumes worn by Daft Punk in their movie cameo. The headphones will retail for $350 USD and include a copy of the TRON: Legacy soundtrack.

Vans drops a new range of designs as the Spring 2011 season officially kicks off. Featured within the California Collection are new colorways of the Chukka Del Barco CA, Era CA, and Zapato Slip CA. Louis Vuitton 2011 Spring/Summer Damier Aventure Practical



Louis Vuitton release a sportier rendition of its popular Damier pattern through two bags seen here. The Damier Aventure Practical features a familiar tonal checkered pattern and instead of the usual leather based materials, is seen in a lightweight nylon and foldable. The bag does however include leather and suede detailing. With its initial appearance for this season, the bag will be included in subsequent collections for men. The bag carries a suggested retail price of $910 USD.

New Djay App for iPad


The iPad’s 9.7 inch display offers one of the more unique user interfaces around for app designers. German software developers Algoriddim have taken full advantage of that functionality turning your iPad screen into a virtual turntable set. Complete with two decks, crossfader, individual channel mixers, volume controls, pitch blend sliders, and automix capability the Djay app from Algoriddim smoothly transitions the vinyl scratching sound of turntables into the virtual realm. For a set price of $20 anyone can enjoy the novelty of a disk jockey.

Supra Black & White Pack


Supra recently announced this pack set to be their first of 2011. The “Black & White” pack consists of the Cuttler, Assault and Skytop II model each colored with the same native print. Created from a mix of block and triangular shapes, the black and white uppers are complemented with white soles and flat waxed laces in black. Fans may recall these images from issue 20 of Sneaker Freaker.



A Bathing Ape Shark Coin Bank



A Bathing Ape continue on with their Shark theme. Having been the subject of toys, hoodies and T-shirts in the past, this 2011 spring/summer release will compliment previous and present drops via a coin bank. The cartoon-shaped coin bank features some detailed touches which keep true to the Shark motif. We anticipate a few more colorways to release at BAPE STORES alongside the gray version seen here.
